The had helped me so much I’m not even kidding, I have terrible insomnia and this 100% helps kick it in the butt and I actually get sleep now at a decent time
Decent taste but definitely does not taste anything like cotton candy. Won't buy this flavor again but the diffuser itself does work. I personally take 20 puffs. I tried the recommended amounts but didn't seem to do anything to me as where it worked great on my fiance. Giving 3 stars based on the flavor.
