Magnetic Lazy Tea Stand- Lotus Style

I regret buying from you guys. The item I bought is beautiful and exactly what I expected. But when I bought it, the message said it would take 5-7 days. So I waited until then to get an email saying it would be delivered or on its way or anything. There was nothing. I emailed, message 4 different social media accounts, FaceTimed you, and nothing, no response until asked for my money back. Then I got a email saying that the package was getting ready to be shipped. Clearly you forgot about this order. You have great items but I should have read the reviews before purchasing from you. A lot of people said they experienced the same thing. Some never even received their package. I spent $54. I was going to either get my order or my money back. I ordered this as a gift to give to a friend before her wedding. But it didn’t arrive in time. Next time I will just order from Amazon.
